No. Palin is strong with the minority fringe groups, and considered a joke by most Republicans. She will recieve close to no support in any place outside of Alaska, the South, and Utah.

She has no interest in being a politician anymore. She has quit two of her three public offices. Palin has no interest in doing the hard work that is required to be a politician. She might make a small effort to run in the Republican primary, but she is mostly interested in being a celebrity where she can pick and choose her public appearances and doesn't have to face the tough journalists like Katie Couric.
I believe the top dog to beat is Mitt Romney. If Palin manages that she is the presidential nominee of her party for '12, scary as that. She probably won't get as many votes, but it will be a historic moment nonetheless. People have said the same about Hillary, how it was her time to show that women can lead. I don't know, I want a woman to be a leader but not Palin
