ive been skating for about 3 weeks now and had a few of falls on my tailbone(bruised it), but i dont think thats causing my hips joint to hurt when i raise my leg. everytime i land with a split or something my hip has a sour pain that makes my leggrow weak and make me fall to my knees. it stops hurting when i stand up straiaght and begin to walk. whats wrong with it?Why does the joint of my leg and hip hurt when i raise my leg or do a split?
The pain that you are noticing in the joint of your leg and hip when you try to raise your leg or do a split could be as a result of the skating (an example only).
Sometimes those areas can hurt for a bit after starting to do a new exercise (and because you have been doing it for 3 weeks now it is still new to your body).
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say. Also, let your mom know what's going on (if under age).
