Your trying to hard. These things take time and when you do it too much it starts to hurt. Ice it down. It seems Like you pulled a muscel in your hip.

Why does my hip hurt when I do my right split?
I've been stretching and trying to get my split for about 2 months. I'm getting pretty close, but now every time I do my right split, my hip hurts and now it is sore. It doesn't hurt when I do my left split though. What is wrong?Why does my hip hurt when I do my right split?
