How do they split with the chefs? Do they make hourly rate?

every restaurant is different, you can ask the server, usually the table tip is all to the server, hibachi and sushi bar are 50-50How do waitresses split tips at Japanese Steak Houses?
logically i would say the cook splits it half and half or something around that ya know
