i have really bad split ends and i hate it. ever since i got them it made my hair look really light colored and i dont like it like that and when i cut them they come back how do i get them from coming back?What is the best way to get rid of split ends the fastest and prevent them?

Get a trim.
Shave your head. you will save hundreds of dollars from having to go to salon or barber. I never have split ends.
the only way i know how to get rid of them is to get a trim. If you straighten or curl your hair try to use a serum before you style to protect your hair. My sister used to have bad split ends and my mom told her to but oil in my hair (coconut/almond) before washing it, and just let it sit for a few minutes. it helps to strengthen the hair and has drastically reduced my sisters split ends
you should trim it regularly and use conditioner when you wash it.

If they are at the bottom of your hair, cut them and use shampoos and conditioners that prevent split ends. If they are all over talk to hair salons and people who have this experience.
the only way to get rid of split ends is to cut them off...you cannot ';repair'; them once there split.......you can prevent them by rubbing a little vitamin E oil just in the ends or get the split end serum from Avon....works great!!
