I share a room with my sister and I really want my own room. There are no spare rooms in the house and it is rented so we can't nail in anything or change it permanently.How to split a room in two?

I think I'd buy a big bookcase to separate the room with. If it's open, then you can fill it with books and ';stuff';. If it's closed on one side, hang decorative fabric on that side that coordinates with the bedding.

You can also get, or make, a screen to divide the room. They come in all kinds of styles from Japanese screens to heavy Mediterranean. Find one you like, or make it out of wood frames and wicker or cloth.
