I'm a guy and I do Tae Kwon Do so I'm very flexible. You just gotta do the splits alot; american and chinese. When standing up I keep both legs straight and fling one into the air as high as I can. I hit myself in the face with my knee once.How do you split your legs?
Just stretch everyday. Each day, try to stretch a bit further than before and eventually you should attain your goal.
