The grunaire split ac system is giving me an e1 error code when I try to turn on the heat why?

I ran the lineset for these systems for a home owner the ac works but when the heat is turned on ';heatpump'; the e1 code appears.The grunaire split ac system is giving me an e1 error code when I try to turn on the heat why?
I found an error code list but there is no e1. In the row above error code e2, there is an unnamed code that could be e1.


It states that is normal during the heating mode and will be removed when the coil type temperature sensor reaches a certain temp.
